Maitre’D Restaurant Interfaces

This practical restaurant inventory management solution offers direct interfaces to your General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable applications, which will ultimately save you valuable time by eliminating manual data entry and mistakes. Maitre’D has the capability to automatically transfer information to accounting applications such as Fortune 1000, QuickBooks, AccPac, and Microsoft Great Plains. Accounting Interface Overview

The Accounting interface creates files that can be automatically imported to the General Ledger of your accounting application. All sales divisions, discounts, taxes, payments and inventory categories are directly linked to the appropriate accounts in the accounting application.

The Accounts Receivable interface also creates files that can be automatically imported to the Accounts Receivable of your accounting application.

Finally, the Accounts Payable interface is linked with the inventory and purchasing module. This function exports files to the accounts payable module of your accounting software.

Maitre’D can be configured to export labor management information to a third party payroll application, such as Automatic Data Processing (ADP) or Paychex. At the end of a pay period, and after all modifications are complete, payroll information can be exported manually or automatically to Paychex/ADP.

This feature creates a file that includes all payroll related information and transmits it directly to the payroll application.
