Field Service Tech – Area: Central/Southern Ohio - Southeast PA
Retail Data Systems is looking for a motivated field service technician located in the area of either Washington PA, Wheeling WV, St. Clairsville OH or Columbus OH, to maintain Point-of-Sale systems. RDS is a rapidly expanding company with a growing customer base. This is a customer-facing position, primarily in the grocery retail segment, and requires direct engagement with our customers as well as other members of the RDS Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Providing on-site hardware and phone support including diagnosing and solving equipment and software issues
- Assisting in preparation, configuration and installation of POS equipment
- Maintaining parts inventory
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Must be self-motivated, organized and punctual
- Ability to work as a team member to provide excellent customer service
- Good driving record and able to travel to customer sites in your area
