Retail Data Systems is looking for a motivated Enterprise Sales Account Manager in the Atlanta, GA area. RDS is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, serving quick service restaurant chains nationwide. This customer-facing role requires direct engagement with C-Level Executives and close collaboration with our sales, engineering, and marketing teams.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Prospect, canvass and solicit quick service restaurant chains nationwide.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer contracts, renewals, and key customer data in the CRM.
- Engage and effectively communicate with C-Level Executives, build relationships strategically to identify customer business challenges and how to solve them.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, solution architects, and marketing teams to position add-on solutions effectively.
- Participate in project planning related to marketing initiatives & industry trade shows.
- Develop an intermediate level knowledge regarding the RDS technology portfolio.
- Engage with RDS Management on client negotiation and quoting processes.
- Provide excellent customer experience by representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales with a focus on SaaS pricing models and negotiations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with business, technology, and marketing.
- Travel will be required.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record is required.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong understanding of solution-based consultative sales.
